At Vision of Winning, we provide high-quality, dignified transportation services to individuals transitioning back into society, particularly those returning from incarceration. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to rebuild their lives, and our mission is to offer more than just a ride – we offer a pathway to success.

Our comprehensive wraparound services include specialized employment training in industries like automotive mechanics, helping individuals gain skills that lead to stable careers. We are committed to hiring returning citizens and supporting their successful reintegration into the workforce.

In partnership with multiple agencies and non-profit organizations, VOW builds a network of support to uplift our community, ensuring that every individual has the resources and opportunities to thrive.

Our Services

  • The VOW Transportation for Returning Citizens program provides critical transportation support for individuals recently released from the DC Department of Corrections and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

    This service connects them with one-stop support services at the Resources to Empower and Develop You (READY) Center, ensuring a smoother transition back into society after incarceration.

  • The VOW Paratransit Services offer specialized transportation for individuals with disabilities. This service is designed to ensure safe, comfortable travel, empowering individuals to access the support and services they need without barriers.

  • The VOW Employment Training program equips individuals with the skills necessary for gainful employment through specialized training, including automotive mechanic training.

    VOW is also committed to hiring returning citizens directly, offering employment opportunities within the organization, particularly in transportation services roles.
