Founded in 2016 by Lorenzo Stewart, Vision of Winning (VOW) was born out of a commitment to giving back to the community and helping returning citizens rebuild their lives.

As a returning citizen himself, Mr. Stewart experienced firsthand the struggles of reentry, including the challenges of finding employment and a loss of confidence. Determined to make a difference, he created VOW to provide individuals with the support and opportunities they need to succeed.

Over the past 8 years, VOW has become a trusted partner of the DC Government, working closely with multiple agencies and non-profits to transform the lives of returning citizens and vulnerable individuals across the District.

VOW offers dignified, reliable transportation and training services, ensuring that those who need it most can access critical resources.
